Youth Soccer Policy — All Age Groups

416 Soccer Club Policy

At 416 Soccer Club, we are committed to providing a safe, structured, and enjoyable soccer experience for all players. To ensure fairness, organization, and a positive environment, all participants and parents must adhere to the following policies:

01

No Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, weather-related cancellations, injuries, or player withdrawals. This policy is in place to cover operational costs and ensure a consistent program for all players.

02

Pro-Rated Registration Fees

Players registering after the season has started will be charged pro-rated fees, which will be determined and provided by 416 Sports Club management.

03

Weather Policy

  • Thunderstorms or Lightning: All games and practices will be canceled if there is a thunderstorm or lightning in the area. The safety of players and families is our top priority.
  • Rain Only: Games and practices will continue as scheduled unless the field conditions become unsafe. Parents should dress their children appropriately for rainy conditions.

04

Mandatory Soccer Club Uniform

All players are required to wear the official 416 Soccer Club uniform during games and practices. This promotes team unity, professionalism, and ensures players are easily identifiable on the field.

05

Communication Via TeamSnap App

All parents are required to update their child’s availability for games and practices using the TeamSnap app. This helps coaches plan effectively and ensures smooth team management.

06

Commitment to a Safe and Respectful Environment

  • Players, parents, and coaches must always demonstrate respect and sportsmanship.
  • Abusive language, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior towards referees, coaches, players, or spectators will not be tolerated.
  • Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the program.

07

Field Access for Parents

  • Parents are not allowed to enter the field during games or practices.
  • This rule ensures a distraction-free environment for players and coaches.
  • If a parent has a concern, they should address it with the coach before or after the session, not during play.

08

Zero-Tolerance for Fighting and Toxic Behavior

Fighting, bullying, harassment, abusive language, threats, or any toxic behavior by players, parents, or spectators will not be tolerated. Violations may result in immediate removal from the field, suspension, or permanent dismissal from 416 Soccer Club.

09

Attendance and Punctuality

Players should arrive on time for games and practices. If a player will be absent or late, parents must notify the coach through TeamSnap as early as possible.

10

Player Safety and Equipment

Players must wear soccer shoes during games and practices. Players wearing unsafe equipment or jewelry may not be permitted to participate.

11

Photography and Social Media

416 Soccer Club may take photos or videos during club activities for promotional purposes. Parents who do not wish their child to appear in club media must notify the club in writing.

12

Coach and Referee Respect Policy

Referee and coach decisions must be respected at all times. Parents and spectators are not permitted to argue with, confront, or verbally abuse referees, coaches, or club volunteers.

13

Player Pick-Up Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is picked up promptly at the end of games and practices.

14

Club Right to Modify Schedules

416 Soccer Club reserves the right to change game times, practice schedules, field locations, or program formats when necessary due to weather, field availability, or operational requirements.

15

Medical Information and Emergencies

Parents are responsible for informing the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or emergency contact changes that may affect their child’s participation.

16

Lost and Found

416 Soccer Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to games, practices, or club events.

Enforcement of Policies

Failure to follow these policies may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the program at the discretion of 416 Soccer Club management.

Thank you for being part of 416 Soccer Club. We look forward to a fun and successful season!
